User and Member agree to indemnify and hold Standard Service Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, attorneys and employees, harmless from any claim or demand of any kind whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of this Site, Service from this Site or goods purchased from this Site, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, Member, or other user of the Service using the User’s or Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
7.0 Technology Export Control

11.0 Shipping/Return Policies
Shipping - Standard shipping rates apply to all orders as follows: Orders from $0.00 to $99.99 dollars = $6.95 shipping/handling for USPS and $10.00 shipping/handling for UPS; Orders from $100.00 to $199.99 dollars = $8.50 shipping/handling for USPS and $15.00 shipping/handling for UPS. All orders over $200.00 dollars are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground. All orders shipped to Canada shall incur an additional surcharge fee of $10.00. Express Mail via USPS is available for $25.00. Express mail orders will take 1 to 2 business days. International shipping is available via USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post Insured for an additional cost. Please call to inquire about international shipping.
Unless otherwise noted or requested, all in stock items are shipped by the next business day via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to all U.S. & U.S. Territories. Standard Service Company reserves the right to ship via UPS Ground on certain items due to volume or weight. Items shipped via UPS Ground due to weight or volume restrictions will incur a surcharge handling fee of $10.00 per order. Surcharge for UPS Ground is not included in free shipping orders over $200.00.
Delivery can be expected within 3 to 7 business days from ship date for most orders. Please allow one to two weeks for international deliveries. Please call, fax or E-mail to place a RUSH ORDER.
Returns / Refunds - All merchandise is new and comes with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please review Section 10.0 above for further information.
You may return any part or merchandise within 30 days of date of original order, unless said item is not eligible for return as indicated below. Items must be returned in their original shipped condition and must include all related parts, accessories, packing materials and instructions. Items returned with missing parts shall be charged a 15% restocking fee. Damaged items are not refundable and are not eligible for a return to Sender. Special orders and electronic logic boards are not refundable. Returns on any item will not be accepted after the 30 day period. All credits or refunds issued will be less shipping and handling charges including surcharges.
12.0 Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to any principals of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to this Website or these Terms & Conditions of Use will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

Standard Service Company retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Standard Service Company reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
