11.0 Shipping/Return Policies
Shipping - Standard shipping rates apply to most US domestic orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and any other International orders) as follows: Orders from $0.00 to $34.99 dollars = $4.95 shipping/handling for USPS, $14.95 for USPS Priority Mail and $25.00 shipping/handling for UPS. Standard free USPS First Class Mail shipping on most US domestic orders excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, International orders over $35.00. Most US domestic orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and any other International orders) over $200.00 dollars are shipped free of charge via UPS ground. All orders shipped to Canada shall incur an additional surcharge fee of $10.00 at time of order, and you will be contacted with final shipping cost. International shipping is available via USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. You will be contacted about international shipping cost if they apply.
Unless otherwise noted or requested, please allow 2 to 3 business days to ship. Most orders are shipped by the next business day via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation to all U.S. & U.S. Territories. SSCPRO.COM reserves the right to ship via UPS Ground on certain items due to volume or weight. Items shipped via UPS Ground due to weight or volume restrictions will incur a surcharge handling fee per order and will be contacted with cost. Surcharge for UPS Ground is not included in free shipping orders over $200.00 with in the US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and any other International orders surcharges will be applied.
Delivery can be expected within 3 to 7 business days from ship date for most orders. Please allow one to two weeks for international deliveries. Please call or E-mail to place a RUSH ORDER.
Returns / Refunds - All merchandise is new and comes with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please review Section 10.0 above for further information.
You may return most parts or merchandise within 30 days of date of original order, unless said item is not eligible for return as indicated below. Items must be returned in their original shipped condition and must include all related parts, accessories, packing materials and instructions. Items returned with missing parts shall be charged for the missing parts and a 15% restocking fee. Damaged items are not refundable and are not eligible for a return to Sender. Special orders and electronic logic boards are not refundable. Returns on any item will not be accepted after the 30 day period. All credits or refunds issued will be less shipping and handling charges including surcharges.
