11.0 Shipping/Return Policies

Shipping - Standard shipping rates apply to all orders as follows: Orders from $0.00 to $99.99 dollars = $5.95 shipping/handling for USPS and $10.00 shipping/handling for UPS; Orders from $100.00 to $199.99 dollars = $8.50 shipping/handling for USPS and $15.00 shipping/handling for UPS. All orders over $200.00 dollars are shipped free of charge via UPS ground. All orders shipped to Canada shall incur an additional surcharge fee of $10.00. Express mail orders will take 1 to 2 business days. International shipping is available via USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post Insured for an additional cost. Please call to inquire about international shipping.

Unless otherwise noted or requested, all in stock items are shipped by the next business day via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation to all U.S. & U.S. Territories. Standard Service Company reserves the right to ship via UPS Ground on certain items due to volume or weight. Items shipped via UPS Ground due to weight or volume restrictions will incur a surcharge handling fee of $10.00 per order. Surcharge for UPS Ground is not included in free shipping orders over $200.00.

Delivery can be expected within 3 to 7 business days from ship date for most orders. Please allow one to two weeks for international deliveries. Please call, fax or E-mail to place a RUSH ORDER.

Returns / Refunds - All merchandise is new and comes with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please review Section 10.0 above for further information.

You may return any part or merchandise within 30 days of date of original order, unless said item is not eligible for return as indicated below. Items must be returned in their original shipped condition and must include all related parts, accessories, packing materials and instructions. Items returned with missing parts shall be charged a 15% restocking fee. Damaged items are not refundable and are not eligible for a return to Sender. Special orders and electronic logic boards are not refundable. Returns on any item will not be accepted after the 30 day period. All credits or refunds issued will be less shipping and handling charges including surcharges.
