This item in stock Original factory 390 MHZ intellicode platform use only with Series II garage door openers. Older transmitters and receivers will not work with these new electronics. There are no security code switches inside the garage door openers, transmitters and receivers. A different transmitter code is factory set for each Series II Intellicode transmitter. TO PROGRAM THE RECEIVER Locate the learn code button and radio signal indicator on the power head receiver of your garage door opener. Press and release the learn code button. The radio signal indicator will blink appproximately 2 times per second. Press a transmitter button once within 30 seconds. The radio signal indicator stays lit - solid. Press the same transmitter button within 30 seconds. Radio signal indicator will go out. Note if a second transmitter code is not confirmed within 30 seconds or if a different transmitter code is sent, the radio signal indicator will blink approximately 4 times per second, then programming stops, repeat entire programming sequence. Repeat programming for each garage door transmitter, wireless keypad or other access device to be learned. A maximun of 7 garage door transmitters, wireless keypad and other access device codes can be stored into the garage door openers receiver memory at one time. If a transmitter becomes lost or if you want to delete a transmitter, wireless keypad or other access device, proceed to Erasing All Receiver Memory. MULTI-BUTTON TRANSMITTERS Only one button of a multi-button transmitter can be programmed into a single garage door opener receiver. The other buttons are to control other garage door openers. ERASING ALL RECEIVER MEMORY Press and hold the learn button for 10 seconds or until radio signal indicator goes out. All transmitter codes are erased from receiver memory. Reprogram the receiver from the start. BATTERY / VISOR CLIP Turn garage door opener transmitter upside down. Your transmitter is battery powered, gently push straight in on tab, use ball point pen, coin or small screwdriver and battery cover snaps open. Install new battery in same position, use A23, 12 Volt. Press on battery cover until it snaps closed. Attach Visor Clip to garage door opener transmitter, slide visor clip into back of case until it snaps into place. GARAGE DOOR OPENER TRANSMITTER OPERATION Point garage door opener transmitter at the garage door and press the button. Door will move. Press the garage door opener transmitter button again and the door will stop. Press the garage door opener transmitter button again and the door will move the other way. The door automatically stops at the end of the open or close cycle.
